We are now offering 2 free days for Naples residents who want to try SF! This is so you can see the gym, meet the team, and of course, get your signature SF sweat on. A local address is necessary to start winning, however, we offer many class pack options for those who are in town visiting – we’ll welcome you with a high five! 

LATE CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FOR CLASS

We want you to win, and that means showing up for yourself. If you do that, we’ll handle the rest! As of March 1, you have up until 2 hours before class to remove yourself from the roster or switch class times. If you cancel within 2 hours before the start of class or do not show for your booking your account will be charged $10. We understand emergencies happen, and want you to inform us by calling us at (239) 304-6132. Same-day swaps for a later class are available if the class is not full. 

LATE SHOW FOR CLASS

We all have those days! You know, the ones where time gets away from us. We want everyone to have the opportunity to work out, so in the event of a full class with a waitlist, unclaimed spots will be given to those on the waitlist if you are not in the gym by the end of the trainer's walkthrough. This helps ensure member safety in regards to listening and watching proper form as demonstrated by the coach. Reminder: you are totally free to jump into class once you get there with no charge if there is an open spot. Only in the event of a waitlist will your account be charged $10 for the late show.

MEMBERSHIP PAUSES

Your time is precious and we understand that you may need to take a break here and there which is why we’re offering membership pauses. You can pause your payments for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 60 days, twice a year. That’s a max of 120 days. To do so, prepare 30 days in advance by emailing [email protected] with your pause dates (start and end). Pausing will let you keep your locked-in rate! Please note that memberships cannot be canceled during a pause, so if you wish to cancel, your membership will renew and be canceled 30 days after your pause ends.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

As much as we will miss winning with you, cancellations are available with a 30-day notice. Please note that if you end up wanting to return, your previous rate may not be available. To cancel, you must email [email protected].
