GROUP CLASSES


I'm taking my first class at StudioFit! What should I know?

A: We are so excited to win the hour with you! Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your class start time so you can meet the coaches, get a tour of the studio, and chat about what the class format of the day will be. We have everything at the studio that you will need however a lot of members bring their own water bottle and refill it throughout class at our water station. Each class starts and ends with a stretch and is an hour long. After class, feel free to talk to any of the coaches about questions and make sure to grab a cold towel before heading out!


Do I need to have any workout experience before taking your class?

A: No experience required! Our classes are open to all experience levels and we are eager to help those who are just starting out or looking for ways to increase their strength. Each exercise is modifiable and you have your own station to pick the weights that are best for you. The best part is our certified trainers are watching and coaching the whole time for proper form and safe lifting. 


Do I need to sign up for class in advance?

A: We highly encourage everyone to pre-book their classes to ensure a spot in class. We cap our classes at a certain amount to ensure everyone has the proper space to workout so sometimes they fill up! If you don't pre-book and the class fills up you can join the waitlist!


What does it mean if I am on the waitlist?

A: If your desired class is full and you are on the waitlist, there is a chance you will get into class if someone on the roster can no longer attend. That being said, if you are on the waitlist and you get a notification that you got into class, we do expect you to be at the studio and no show fees still apply if you do not attend. Our system will automatically notify you via text and email if you are added to the class!


If I arrive late, can I still take the class?

A: We try our best to accommodate everyone's schedule and understand when things come up! However we have a firm policy that you must be at the studio by the end of the coaches' demonstration, before the warm up starts (about 7 minutes into each class) to ensure the safety of you and your classmates. Since we are doing some heavy lifting, the coaches demonstration and warm-up is vital to participate. If you have not arrived by the end of the demonstration and the class is full, your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist and your account will be charged a $10 late show fee. We would be happy to find you a spot in the next class if available or discuss a game plan for your routine moving forward.


What if I need to cancel my class?

A: That is totally okay! You have up until 2 hours before class to remove yourself from the roster or switch class times. If you cancel within 2 hours before the start of class or do not show up for your booking your account will be charged $10. We understand emergencies happen, and want you to inform us by calling us at (239) 304-6132. Same day swaps for a later class are available with no charge if the class is not full.  


What do I do if I need to cancel my membership?

A: Membership cancellations are available with a 30-day notice. The only procedure to cancel is by emailing our team at [email protected] with this information. Please note, you cannot cancel your membership while your account is on pause. 


Who can use the intro offer?

A: Our free classes are offered to residents of Naples and Orlando. Please note that if you enroll in this offer our staff can ask for an ID and the system will prompt you to start scheduling your classes. The offer is valid for a week after your purchase.


Do the class packages expire?

A: No! There is no expiration date on our class packs. 


PERSONAL TRAINING


How do I sign up for personal training only?

A: If you are just getting started with PT, we recommend visiting our pricing/schedule page, finding the personal training button, and purchasing an intro session. Our Head of Personal Training will be notified and will reach out directly to get you on the schedule. Or you can email us at [email protected] to help get you started. 


If I take classes, would you recommend I also do personal training?

A: Our personal training service is catered to your individual wants and needs. So we consider this the perfect way to spend more time focusing on a certain exercise or working towards a specific goal. Maybe you'd like to chat directly to a coach about what weights to choose during class and get one-on-one tips about form or maybe you'd like expert guidance on deadlifts... either way we recommend talking to any of the StudioFit coaches about adding personal training to your schedule. Make sure to ask about our Timeless Membership!


Are the personal training session at the studio?

A: In Naples, they are located inside the main studio however there is a completely separate room dedicated to personal training. In Orlando, these sessions will be located at our Baldwin Park studio, 1308 Lake Baldwin Lane Orlando, FL 32814. This is less than a 5 minute drive from the main studio.
