YOUR WEEKLY SCHEDULE
We provide positive, hands-on functional strength training in the form of group fitness and personal training. Each class is designed to provide you with the fundamentals of fitness, including the use of your own barbell and is programmed to keep you moving every day. As Naples locals, we take the opportunity to create community seriously and often offer both member-only and public events (like run club and test day) so make sure you're looking for calendar updates both in studio and on our Instagram.

- Monday & Tuesday - Upper and Lower body Lift (alternating weekly)
- Wednesday - Mobility and Intervals
- Thursday - Full body Lift
- Friday - Glutes + Core and Arms + Abs (alternating weekly)
- Saturday - Mobility
- Sunday - Supersets Lift
